White chocolate at bedtime

If you’re a chocolate love, and if the caffeine in dark or milk chocolate keeps you up at night, you may want to try moving to white chocolate. Strictly speaking, white chocolate is not ”real” chocolate. It’s got the cocoa butter and sugar, but no ground-up bits of cocoa beans. With no cocoa solids it is also doesn’t have any caffeine. So if regular chocolate gives you the “coffee high”, the white chocolate might just make you fall asleep.
