Part of the overall reluctance of starting your own home based business is the perceived lack of credibility. As the old adage goes, money cannot buy happiness, but it can buy credibility. Not to say that you have to pay people to say good things about you or your product, but success will speak for itself. Triumph is its own pay off, and so, if you were to turn a profit within your first year, you’re already doing much better than most freshman companies. Whether you’re selling homemade jewelry or Amway, the fact that you are able to steer your own future and destiny should be its own victory.
