I have to take a sketchy bus to work everyday and, as is such, I carry a pen knife with me. They’re tiny and convenient and aren’t as conspicuous as other weapons. I hope to never have to use it, but if I’m ever in a compromising situation and the bus driver or other passenger can’t or won’t do anything, I’m prepared to defend myself.
